Adriani Surono is the Former Senior VP in a Private National Bank in Jakarta with more than 25 years of working experience in Human Capital Development.
On June 2016, she completed Harvard Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School (Cambridge, US), a university consortium of Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Tufts University dedicated to developing the theory and practice of negotiation and conflict management.
Adriani had also completed the New Leadership Certificate of Achievement in Cambridge Judge Business School (Cambridge, UK) in 2018 and Presencing Foundation Program conducted by Presencing Institute (an Organization inside the Massachusetts Institute of Technology) in 2015 in order to develop a series of leadership program including negotiation module.
