Over the years , among the many interesting opportunities she has had , some of them are setting up of green field projects, transformation of HR into the 3 pillar structure, and on a lighter note introducing the bell curve and retiring it too.

As part of leadership team, he is responsible to provide Strategic HR leadership for achievement of Vision, Purpose & Business plans of the organization. Prior to joining Adani Group he has been part of Tata Group for more than 11 years in various roles in different entities of the group.
An alumnus of XISS in HR, subsequently he pursued PhD in the area of Talent Management and has keen interest in following latest research & thinking in disciplines of people, organization & culture. As part of his academic pursuit, he has studied Economics at Post Grad level & completed LLB subsequently from Mumbai University.
A career HR professional, Dr. Kumar started his career with Hindalco Industries and has worked in NTPC, TPDDL, RCOM, Tata Teleservices and Marico Ltd. Prior to APSEZ, he was working with Tata Power Co. Ltd as Chief Human Resources Officer.
