Deputy Director General of European Central Bank
Thomas Broeng Jorgensen is Deputy Director General at The European Central Bank. Thomas started his career in the Danish Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economy and Business where he amongst other things worked on recapitalisations of Danish banks during the financial crisis. He then moved to the Danish FSA as an Assistant Director General responsible for international coordination, liquidity and funding, securitizations and risk assessment of Danish systemic banks. He joined the European Central Bank in September 2014. Thomas holds degrees from University of Copenhagen, University of Wales and Copenhagen Business School.

Jacob Lester er Head of Risk i ATP med ansvar for risikostyring herunder værdiansættelse og risikomodellering af investeringsporteføljen. Arbejdet omfatter desuden udvikling og vedligeholdelse af ATP’s egenudviklet faktormodel, risikomodellering af illikvide aktivklasser og samspillet til de likvide aktiver samt stresstest og scenarieanalyse for alle væsentlige risici. Jacob har mere end 20 års erfaring fra den finansielle sektor og har tidligere haft ansvaret for ALM-rådgivning, salg og strukturering til institutionelle investorer i blandt andet i Danske Bank, Nordea og Citigroup. Jacob har en Ph.D. i økonomi og finansiering fra Københavns Universitet.
