Tracy Bullock
President & Owner at Bullock Training & DevelopmentTracy is a graduate of the University of Arizona, with a BSBA in Marketing. She started her career gaining 30 years of experience at Procter & Gamble; she developed Sales and Management teams, grew individuals' performance, and coordinated cross-department strategic planning with customers in the U.S. and globally. Tracy’s multi-functional experiences shaped her passion for developing people to accelerate business growth.
In 2016, Tracy was a finalist for both Tempe's Business Excellence Award and Business Woman of the Year. She is currently on the Board of the Tempe Chamber of Commerce, is a past chair of the Women in Business Council, and past facilitator for the mentoring program. Tracy was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award, Top Female Executive, and noted as one of the Top 101 Industry Experts for her work in Global Management Training Development by the University of Cambridge's Worldwide Who's Who.
Jennifer Burwell
COO & Director of Programs at MAC6As COO and Director of Programs, Jennifer seamlessly integrates each of the MAC6 business units assuring that they are all being managed effectively towards the long term company vision.
She is also a student of human behavior as a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, with other certifications in Emotional Intelligence and Acumen. She uses this knowledge to work with businesses to facilitate culture focused leadership programs, which integrate the company’s values and create higher performing teams.
Jennifer is a valued member of the Tempe Chamber Women in Business Council and has served as co-chair and education lead in this year's programming.
Jennifer lives in the Phoenix area with her husband and three children.

Mike Jones
CEO & Brand Strategist of ResoundMike was named one of Arizona’s top 35 entrepreneurs under the age of 35 by the Arizona Republic in 2014. He is a member of AIGA (the professional association for design), Founder Society, Conscious Capitalism Arizona, and Local First Arizona. Mike is serving as organizer of 2019’s Startup Week PHX event. He’s has also spoken on branding and marketing at Texas Tech University, ASU, WordCamp PHX, Scottsdale Community College, and several local Arizona high schools.
