1. What is the dress code?

  • The dress code is smart casual. We encourage everyone to be comfortable. Attendees may wear jeans and sneakers if they wish.


2. How to register before the event? 

  • Access the Summit page: https://event.pfip.com.ph/LimitlessPrideSummit2024
  • Register using your corporate/organization email address/es.
  • Choose the appropriate ticket type and discount code for your company.
  • Complete the registration form and select preferred breakout sessions.
  • After completing the registration, you will receive an email confirmation and a unique QR code that you can present on the day of check-in.


3. How to check-in to the event?

  • Once you arrive at the Shangri-la The Fort Grand Ballroom, please proceed to the registration area.
  • Registration is according to your last name, please line up according to the assigned lane.
  • Please fall in line properly and wait for your turn.
  • Your individual lanyards/nametags will be given at the registration area.

 

4. Does PFIP have an event app?

  • Glue Up is PFIP's easy-to-use, one-stop app for all the information you need about the Pride Summit. It contains the event program, speaker & delegates directory, FAQs, maps, personalized event schedule, and much more.
  • In a single app, you have complete, up-to-the-minute information and easy access to it before, during, and after an event. You won't be burdened with paper materials or wasting natural resources.
  • The "My Glue from Glue Up" app is available for download at the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.


5. Can we still register or make changes?

Yes, you can but we need to be informed at least 2 days before the Summit. If not, we cannot ensure printed name tags for all registrations after July 26, 12NN. This will be handwritten on the day of. Likewise, please expect delays and queues.


6. Is it free seating?

Yes, in order to maximize networking and greater engagement, we encourage everyone to sit to go to any available seats you are most comfortable.


There will be a separate dining area during break and cocktail tables in the foyer. This is free seating as well.

 

7. How do I choose and check in on my breakout session?

Attendees are pre-registered for the different breakout sessions upon registration. Please proceed to the respective rooms. Manage your time accordingly. 


8. Where are the breakout rooms?

  • Grand Ballroom - 3rd floor
  • Bonifacio A - 4th Floor
  • Narra A, B C, and D - 4th floor


9. Can I change my chosen breakout session onsite?

We highly discourage changing breakout sessions since rooms have limited seating capacity. In the event of changes, we cannot guarantee a seat for you. This is on a first come, first served basis.


10. What meals are provided in the PFIP Pride Summit?

  • Day 1 - AM Snacks, Buffet Lunch, and PM Snacks
  • Day 2 - PM Snacks and Socials -  food + wine/drinks


11. I have dietary restrictions.

  • We will be serving a wide variety of food in the buffet area that will cover everyone's appetite. 
  • We asked during online registration about dietary requirements and allergies.
  • We are arranging plant-based food for those with strict requirements. A separate name tent will be provided for you during registration.


12. Where is the smoking area?

The smoking area is located beside the main entrance of the hotel. Please be informed that sessions will start on time. Take into consideration the time going to and from the smoking area.


13. Where is the parking area or drop-off?

  • There is a hotel pay parking or nearby public parking areas.

14. Do we have media in the event?

We invited selected members of the media to cover the closing of the Summit for publicity and to further amplify our advocacy.


There will be no media on Day 1 and CEO Roundtable.


15. Other Disclaimers

  • All individuals who attend this event are hereby advised that this event will be photographed, recorded, and or videotaped for use in electronic, audio, and audio-visual productions. We have designated photographers and videographers roaming around.
