Yvonne Ho joined the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2005 as the General Manager of the Hong Kong and Macau Office. Prior to joining IATA, Yvonne started her career in aviation as a Management Trainee in Dragonair. During that time, she worked in Hong Kong as well as in Beijing and Shanghai.

With over close to thirty years of experience in the airline industry, Yvonne’s main responsibility is to advocate for a safe, secure, efficient and sustainable air transport industry. She works with government and industry stakeholders in Hong Kong and Macau to ambassador IATA’s interest.

Specialist in Clinical Microbiology & Infection at Gleneagles Hong Kong Hospital

Professor WH Seto is the Honorary Clinical Professor in School of Public Health at HKU, and Co-Director of WHO Collaborating Centre for Infectious Disease Epidemiology and Control at HKU. He is also a specialist in Clinical Microbiology & Infection at Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong. He was the first Chief of Service of the Department of Microbiology of Queen Mary Hospital from 1993 to 2010, and the first Chief Infection Control Officer of the Hospital Authority. Professor Seto played a key role in initiating Infection Control in Hong Kong and started the local training course for Infection Control Practitioners in 1985. He is the past Chairman of the Scientific Committee on Infection Control of the Centre for Health Protection of the HKgov. The WHO has also regularly assigned him as advisor for various projects in Antibiotics Resistance & Infection Control and he is a core group member for the WHO Hand Hygiene guideline. In the current pandemic, he is also an expert in the WHO Guidance Development Group and Research & Development Group.
