Graduated from Univ. of South, Tampa, Florida, and clinically trained, plus 18 years experience and practice in Medical Nutrition Therapies. She has multiple certifications including from E-Cornell University.

She has written several health & nutrition columns for Thisday Newspapers, Guardian Life, as well as, magazines including, TW, Woman Leader, and Parenting Magazine.
