The purpose of this webinar is to drive an understanding of the power sector value chain and identify opportunities within. It will start with creating a first-level understanding of the electricity industry value chain, and the evolution of the generation, transmission, and distribution sub-sectors. Thereafter, our invited speakers would give an elaborate insight into the three segments of the value chain, highlighting their role in ensuring improved power availability and successful implementation of the proposed bilateral contracting framework.
The webinar will further explain critical factors affecting the growth of each segment in the value chain, impediments to investment, and key imperatives for development.
