Membership Refund Policy

1. Membership dues and fees are non-refundable once paid.
2. In exceptional circumstances, membership dues may be refunded at the discretion of the association board, minus any administrative fees or expenses incurred.
3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the association board, detailing the reason for the request and any supporting documentation.
4. Membership fees for events, workshops, or other activities are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the association.
5. Membership transfers are allowed, subject to approval by the association board, and may incur administrative fees.
6. The association reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time, without providing a refund, for reasons including but not limited to violation of Forum policies or codes of conduct.

Note: This policy is subject to change at the discretion of the association board. Members will be notified of any updates to the refund policy.
