What is The Philippine BAHAGHARI Awards?

It is the award program of PFIP which aims to recognize individuals, leaders, and organizations, that have shown exceptional efforts in advancing LGBT+ Workplace Inclusion in the Philippines. We will be recognizing the companies and individuals in the following categories: PRIDE Company of the Year Award, PRIDE Network Award, and PRIDE LGBT+ Leader Award.

What is the PFIP Rainbow Art Exhibit?

As part of the gala celebration is the art exhibit showcasing select upcoming LGBT visual artists to recognize their work and also feature the talents and creativity of our community.

What is the dress code?

For this year's gala, the dress code is Colorful Haute Couture Fashion-Forward. Check out the lookbook for pegs.

What does the ticket price include? 

The ticket is inclusive of a four (4) course-plated meal with three (3) hours of free-flowing wine and sodas. 3 hours is from 6 PM-9 PM.

How to register for the event? 

This is a ticketed event, please register on the official event page

Bring a digital copy of your ticket with the unique QR code. No need to print (screenshot or digital copy)

When is the deadline of registration changes/update?

Last day of registration and changes if on October 25th, Tuesday

I have dietary restrictions.

Please send an email to secretariat@pfip.com.ph informing us about your dietary restrictions 3 days before the event, after this we cannot guarantee. Options available are Vegan and Non-vegan.

What happens if I bought a ticket but can no longer attend?

The Pride Gala tickets are transferable but not refundable. If you are unable to make it, you are welcome to transfer the ticket to your colleague. Just send an email to secretariat@pfip.com.ph. with the name of your alternate guest.

What are the safety protocols?

Always wear your facemask

Bring your personal sanitizer or alcohol spray. It will be available as well in the venue

Maintain social distancing

Do I need to be fully Covid 19 vaccinated?

Only vaccinated attendees are allowed in the event

Where can I go when I have medical emergency?

There is roving emergency response team at the venue can assist to any emergency.

Is it free seating?

We have table assignments for pre-registered company attendees. Company names will be indicated in the respective tables. 

Is there an executive table for Senior Leaders? 

Yes- there is a dedicated table for senior leaders to engage them in executive networking. A separate slot is allocated based on your sponsorship level. Send the details to secretriat@pfip.com.ph

Who are eligible scholars?

Company sponsor can bring their partner NGO or student scholars if they have. This is subject to the sponsorship level availed. The objective is to engage other allied organizations with the rest of PFIP membership and expand network.

The slot provided to sponsor companies are complimentary of PFIP and not meant to be used by their internal employees.

In the absence of designated scholar of the company, PFIP will be inviting another partner NGO's

Are there designated seats for scholars/NGO partners?

Yes, there are designated tables for our guests and NGO partners. Separate communications will be sent directly or inquire to secretariat@pfip.com.ph

Who is the beneficiary of the event's raffle and art exhibit?

A portion of the proceeds will go to the PFIP Rainbow Youth Academy to provide deserving LGBT+ College students, with financial support, capability training, and an internship program 

Can I purchase any of the artworks?

Absolutely, you can approach the concierge to reserve the artwork and arrange the payment and delivery. 

How much are the raffle tickets?

Raffle tickets are PhP 500 pesos for a set of 5 tickets. Part of the proceeds will go to the Rainbow Youth Academy

Where is the parking area?

The pay parking area is located at the events place basement. No complimentary parking tickets.

Where is the smoking area?

No designated smoking area

Is there a media presence?

PFIP invited select media outfits to cover the event to amplify the story of success and recognition of the finalist and winners of the Philippine BAHAGHARI Awards. It is your responsibility and discretion if you wish to be interviewed or invited by the media attendees.
