Dick Ewing is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified professional coach currently serving as thought partner and guide to educators and leaders globally. Dick has 40 years of experience as an educator and leader, including service as the President of the American College of Sofia in Bulgaria and Head of Norwood School, a nationally recognized independent school in the Washington, DC area. He has extensive leadership experience on educational and non-profit boards and is a Board Source certified non-profit consultant. He has been active in regional and national educational associations in the US, serving as President of the Association of Independent Schools of Greater Washington; as Executive Director of ESHA (an association of heads of American independent elementary and middle schools); as a trustee of the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Education; and as a member of the Heads Collegiate Forum. He graduated from Yale University, earned his doctorate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and has presented at numerous US and international educational conferences on leadership, school governance, and teamwork. Dick is a former world champion rower and still enjoys sculling on the Potomac River; fly fishing on quieter rivers and streams; traveling; and attending museums, galleries, and baseball games at Nationals Park with family and friends.

Shannon Hobbs-Beckley is the founder of Shannon Beckley Coaching & Consulting, where she supports school leaders and school teams to leverage their strengths and align their goals to lead with authenticity and thrive to their fullest potential. A veteran educator and school administrator of over 28 years, she brings her own unique combination of experience and expertise to her individual coaching sessions and bespoke school supports.
Shannon is a certified Leadership and Performance Coach with expertise in organizational change, adult learning, and developing instructional leadership capacity. Her current school-based work includes 1:1 coaching for senior and middle level leaders, schoolwide strategic planning design and consultation, group coaching for school leadership teams, and team coaching for school-based instructional coaches. Tico Oms brings a wealth of experience from a dynamic international career spanning both business and education. Initially, Tico excelled in the technology sector, holding leadership roles such as Asia Pacific Laptop Product Manager for Dell Computer Corporation in Japan and Malaysia, Director of Operations for MWEB Corporation in Thailand, and serving with LTV Aerospace & Defence Corporation in Texas.
Over the past twenty years, Tico has made a significant impact in international education across Germany, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, and Switzerland. He has held a variety of leadership positions, including teacher, coach, research and development director, and principal. Despite his broad experience, Tico remains a teacher at heart, channeling his passion into supporting individuals and organizations through consulting, coaching, and workshops.
Tico holds an MEd from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also serves on the board of AAICIS and leads the Aspiring Leaders of Color program for AIELOC. A true global citizen, he speaks multiple languages fluently, including Spanish, Japanese, Italian, and Thai.
Zakaria Sherbiny is the founder and principal of First Rodeo Coaching. A certified leadership coach and former independent school leader, he works with school leaders from around the world to grow their confidence, increase effectiveness, and manage stress and burnout.
A 3x member of the NAIS Coaches' Corner, Zakaria graduated from the schools of education at Harvard University and Columbia University. He serves as a practicum mentor for the Klingenstein Center at Teachers College, and has also collaborated with SAIS and One Schoolhouse to support new administrators.

Lukie is a thirty-five-year independent school educator. She served as the Director of Accreditation for PAIS after working in a variety of schools culminating in Head of School.
In 2021, she joined Design Group International to pursue her passion of supporting school leaders. After graduating from University of Pennsylvania in 2020 with a Master's in Organizational Dynamics, Lukie earned her ACC certification and has completed two certifications in Process Consulting. Lukie is the co-chair of the NAIS Task Force on Coaching and is developer of the NAIS Coaches Corner.
Working alongside her clients, Lukie helps teams, Boards, and organizations to realize their aspirations through listening, helping and learning. The transition of educator to consultant is an opportunity to combine the tools and wisdom she has acquired to co-create systems of growth, accountability and achievement for her clients. Currently, Lukie serves on two nonprofit boards in an effort to learn from doing and supporting mission-based organizations as they achieve their aspirations.
