Graham Villiers-Tuthill Marketing & Innovation Director for East African Breweries PLC, part of Diageo PLC and serves as a Non-Executive Board member of Serengeti Breweries Limited. A globally experienced business leader, Graham has been fortunate to have lived in a range of diverse markets and worked across some of Diageo's biggest brands in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Graham started in Diageo Ireland on the graduate programme in 2006, working on a variety of global spirits brands, Guinness, and local jewel beer brands such as Smithwick's & Harp.

In 2012, he moved to Singapore, seconded into the Diageo joint venture with Heineken, where he won a Gold at Cannes for work on Guinness in the region. Graham then moved to be Marketing Director for Diageo in Indonesia leading the development of a Total Beverage Alcohol participation strategy across beer, non-alcoholic and spirits.

Prior to joining EABL, Graham led the Guinness brand across Africa instigating and leading the global Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (FES) re-design, creating an innovation pipeline and delivering the new football programmes that saw Thierry Henry and Rio Ferdinand come to Africa.

At EABL, Graham has overseen the transformation of the EABL marketing and innovation team with a focus on building local talent, transforming the effectiveness of marketing investment, and winning share across all categories and all countries despite the headwinds of Covid.

In these agencies he has built brands, both in India and Africa, with his work being recognized nationally and internationally in creative award shows and effectiveness of advertising.
An avid reader, browser, surfer with a keen interest in technology, it pushes him to constantly find the right platforms for brands to engage with customers.

Sally Kahiu is a Storyteller, Strategic Communications and Brand Development Advisor, and Sustainability Champion. She has 15+ years of experience in creating impactful narratives, developing and elevating brands, advocacy communications, building sustainability strategies and stakeholder relationship management.

Her experience includes working as the Head of Corporate Communications and Marketing at Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM). In this role, she contributes intellectual and technical expertise to the strategic and operational development of the Association, informing its fundamental policy advocacy mandate.

She is also the Lead Coordinator for the Association’s Women In Manufacturing (WIM) Programme. In 2019, she received the UN-Women Recognition Award for her work in championing women’s empowerment, and in 2020 received East Africa’s Women Leadership Award from World Women Congress and CMO Asia.
Sally serves as Sustainability Advisor on USAID’s WASHPaLS Pilot Programme, on Menstrual Health Management (MHM) in the Workplace and is a key contributor to the Unstereotype Alliance – Kenya Chapter.

In previous roles, Sally has managed a range of clients in diverse sectors, such as The MasterCard Foundation, Legatum Institute, PayPal and TradeMark East Africa (TMEA).

She has also been a Contributing Faculty Member at the Five College Women’s Studies Research Centre in Massachusetts, USA. A proficient researcher, Sally was among 12 researchers, world-wide, recruited under the Andrew Mellon Trust Foundation Scholarship, to undertake a 2-year residency program at the Centre in Mount Holyoke College.

Being an engaged leader and advocate for sustainability, Sally dedicates her personal time to serve a Board Director for both Empower and Serve (EmpServe), a youth-led, non-profit organization in Kenya that seeks to build capacity for young people in underserved communities; and BuildHER an organization that seeks to empower young women through construction and manufacturing.

Topyster Muga (Topy) is the Founder and CEO of Prosper Innovations (“Prosper Mentor”). Prosper Mentor provides a virtual safe space for individuals on a journey to becoming their greatest self to seek inspiration, guidance and knowledge from mentors for personal and career growth. Since the public launch in July 2020, Prosper has gained traction boasting of a large number of mentors and mentees and a recognition as one of the 2020 top 100 IT innovations in East Africa by CIO. Many mentees have benefited from the paid mentorship services and have realized early gains from tapping into the mentors’ wise counsel on career, and personal growth matters.

She has a multi-faceted and multi-national career spanning over 16 years in telecommunications, digital financial services and on-demand services having held a number of roles in strategy, operations, applications support, digital solutions and business transformation in Visa, Vodafone, Airtel and Barclays. Her immediate previous role was, Visa’s Senior Director for Financial Inclusion where successfully led the development and implementation of Visa’s financial inclusion strategy and products expanding access to financial services for Micro Small Medium Enterprises across Africa. She also set up African Women in Fintech and Payments’ Network, Kenya Chapter where she is currently the board Chairperson.

Prior to joining Visa in 2017, Topy headed Airtel Kenya’s mobile money business between 2014 and 2016 where she led a team of 46 in strategy and tactical execution to deliver value, grow market share, and increase revenues, while maximizing shareholder value. Before that, from 2012 to 2014 she was M-Pesa Principal Product Manager at Vodafone Group based in London, England where she led M-Pesa commercial and strategy for emerging markets, commercial product development for Kenya, Tanzania and new markets launches in Mozambique, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Romania and Albania.

Since 2015, Topy has consistently received various awards and recognition as one of the few women Africa who have excelled in Technology and used her early success in this area to ascend into leadership. In 2020, Prosper was recognized by CIO East Africa as one of the top 100 technology innovations in East Africa. In 2018, she was awarded among Kenya’s top 40 under 40 women, In 2017 women, she became a Global TechWomen Emerging Leader Fellow after representing Kenya in USA on a US state department program for Women in Technology. She was also recognized and featured in INSEAD's “Limitless” campaign recognizing alumni making a difference globally. She was also in the global women in Fintech Powerlist in 2017. In 2016, Topy received the Gold Stevie Award for Women in Technology and, at the first annual IT women conference in sub-Saharan Africa in 2015; she was named IT Woman of the Year for leading Airtel Kenya’s Airtel Money team in innovating the Airtel Money Pesa Card.

Topy was awarded a Nelson Mandela scholarship to study at INSEAD Business School in France where she received an MBA. She has a first class honors in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University and a Higher Diploma in Management of Information Systems from Strathmore University. She is an alumnus of Alliance Girls’ High School.

Dr. Elishiba Murigi, holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Business Management-Marketing option), Master’s degree (Strategic Management) and BA First Class Honors (Business Studies and Sociology). She also holds other professional credentials in Marketing, Strategy Development and Implementation, Customer Relationship Management, Communication, Information Technology and Banking. Her skills include high proficiency in information analysis, corporate and stakeholder communication, team leadership, negotiation, interpersonal and change management.

Dr Elishiba Murigi has worked with various Government agencies and private corporations locally and globally with a mandate to develop their strategic Marketing, Communication and Service programs in the banking, professional examinations and academic development industries. Specifically she was very instrumental in Business Development for KASNEB globally as she opened new markets in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Burundi & South Africa.

She has also been instrumental in the development of various Corporate Strategic plans and implementation of the same. She has worked as an Examination Co-ordinator, (School of Business, Kenyatta University), Corporate Affairs Manager (KASNEB), Assistant Marketing Manager (KASNEB), Corporate Service Assistant (Barclays Bank) and as a Procedure Development Specialist (Barclays Bank, Pan-Africa). She is currently the Online Communications Manager (Kenyatta University) and the Patron of the Marketing Students Association, Kenyatta University where she continually mentors and develops marketing and communication professionals.

Jaymo Ule Msee is also a radio presenter at Homeboyz Radio on a radio show dubbed ‘’Mtaani’ That runs from Monday-Thursday (10pm- Midnight)
