Physicians Update 2023

REGISTRATION OPENS 1 JULY 2023

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 

• Abstract Submission Opens: Saturday, 1 July 2023

• Abstract Submission Closes: Friday, 15 September 2023

• Early Bird Registration closes: Friday, 15 September 2023

• Late registration closes: Friday, 20 October 2023

• Registrations will be required to complete payment online per Card (VISA / MasterCard)

• Any dietary requirements requested after 13 October 2023, cannot be guaranteed -

 These arrangements are organised in advance with the venue/s

• Important & necessary information is communicated by email

• Should you require an Invitation Letter - once registered, please contact: Joey - registration@takenoteevents.co.za 

• Any changes made to a registration must be done online or via email, telephonic changes cannot be accommodated

• Registration fees include Symposium access, Saturday Cocktail Event & Poster Exhibit, teas and lunches - and as part of the Symposium: bags, name tag, notepad & pen

• Registration fees exclude Accommodation and Travel expenses

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations must be made in writing to registration@takenoteevents.co.za.

• Cancellations made before 25 August 2023 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made after 25 August 2023 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and will not qualify for a refund of any kind, as the full delegate fee will remain due and payable.

• If you register after 15 September 2023, the full cancellation penalty as detailed above will still remain in full effect.

• You have 48-hours from the time of registering in order to cancel your registration for none of the above to apply.

• In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception.
