Innovative solutions may target individuals, families, communities, urban planners, service providers, or water and sanitation infrastructure, networks, and systems. Solutions may include but are not limited to: services, models, tools, or advocacy strategies intended to improve overall access to water and sanitation services. Solutions should apply a deeper understanding of users' (customers/providers) needs when designing programs, services, and products/interventions. Submissions will be evaluated for originality, sustainability, and applicability.
