1.   Registration

• All registrations must be applied through the Registration System.​
• The registration process includes: (1)Upload the paper abstract; (2)Payment. 
• At least one of the authors of each paper has to register at the author rate. Each registration will cover one paper.
• Abstract Submission Deadline: Extend until 30th June 2021.

 1.1 Abstract Submission Structure

• To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process,    please consider the following guidelines, information, tips, terms, and deadlines mentioned.
• The acceptable word range for the abstract is 150-250 words when typed single-spaced (1 page) in 12-point type Times New Roman in Microsoft Word file (*.doc/*docx). The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be sent back to the author(s) to be revised.
• Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully. If the abstract template is not followed as is, you will be asked for revisions.
• Your submission should be in English.
• We encourage you to send an informative abstract (complete abstract) which is a summary of a paper's substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.

The abstract submission adheres to the registration system. You will have to upload the abstract while you register for the conference. We suggest the Author_Presenter be the person who submits the abstract in order to avoid duplicated submission.

After successful submission, receipt acknowledging the abstract will be sent via email within three working days.

 1.2 Complete Your Payment

• There are two payment options available for the 6th International Agriculture Innovation Conference (IAIC 2021). You can pay your registration fee through the online payment system or Bank Transfer (TT).
• The registration will only be confirmed when the full payment has been made before the due date: 31st July 2021.

2.  Abstract Acceptance Notification

• Your abstract will take two-week review period after receipt acknowledging the abstract is sent.
• The abstract acceptance notification letter is available for request once you received the abstract acceptance notification. 

3.   Full Paper Submission Structure

• Your submission should be in English.
• It should be typed single-spaced in 12-point type Times New Roman in Microsoft Word file (*.doc/*docx) and must have a minimum length of 4 pages and should not exceed 10 pages, including tables, figures, and references.
• The paper must be written in English in a clear and concise manner.
• Please download the full paper template and follow the format carefully. If the full paper template is not followed as is, you will be asked for revisions.

1. Recording Standard: 

Virtual Oral Presentation - Pre Recorded Video

• Video recording requirement: 720p above / Media type: MP4
• The Video should be 15 minutes or lesser
• Bright and calm environment with a professional background
• Suggest to use the microphone or headset to record the audio
• You could either choose to present yourself in the video or only the presentation slot

E-Poster Presentation - Pre Recorded Video

• One-page presentation - pdf.
• Optional for the audio record - 10 minutes or lesser
