Virtual Speech - Pre Recorded Video

  • The Speech can record the 15 Minutes Video Presentation and send it to us.
  • The Organizing Committee will play the Video in your Presentation Slot
  • You should be present during your slot, especially for the Q&A Session

Recording Standard: 

  • Video recording requirement: 720p above / Media type: MP4
  • The Video should be 15 minutes
  • Suggest to use the microphone or headset to record the audio


Video Submission:

  • Pre-record video submission email to iaic@iaas.org.sg.
  • Pre-record video submit deadline: 31st July 2021

Conference Day

  • You have to be actual participation online on the conference day, especially for the Q&A session. 
  • For the live Q&A session, you should ensure that you have the video equipment and software set up well in advance of the actual presentation and do a test-drive. (Watch the Demo Video​​, download the Zoom app​​, and join a test meeting​​.)
  • Updated Chrome Browser or download the Zoom Application
  • Bright and calm environment with a professional background
  • Ensure the Internet is stable.
