Our main program, including academic programming, the banquet and cultural sharing night, will all take place at our host hotel, the beautiful Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in Vancouver B.C.

Embrace the spirit of the city at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, a memorable destination for business and leisure travel. Nestled in the center of the exciting downtown district at 1000 Burrard Street, the hotel features the iconic One Wall Centre, our North Tower, one of Vancouver's most extraordinary buildings.

The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre's conference centre is spacious, modern, and comfortable. Though in the heart of the city, the picturesque courtyard is the perfect place to get some fresh air between sessions. We encourage all delegates to stay onsite for convenience, value and networking.

Getting Here

The Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre is centrally located in downtown Vancouver at 1000 Burrard Street.

From the Vancouver International Airport (YVR)

Public Transit - Taking the train to the city is easy and affordable. In arrivals, follow the signs 'Train to the City'. The line from the airport to the city is called the Canada Line. Purchase a 3-zone ticket from the machine and keep it handy. You will use it to tap in and tap out at the end of your 26 minute trip. Note that there is a $5 per person airport surcharge when leaving the airport but not when going to the airport. The airport is the terminus station, so you can only get on in one direction Canada Line-Waterfront Station. The closest station to the hotel is Vancouver City Centre Station. It is a 9 minute walk to the hotel or there are plenty of taxis when you exit onto Granville Street.

When returning to the airport, the closest station is Vancouver City Centre Station. Take the Canada Line-YVR Airport. Remember to keep your 3-zone ticket handy to tap in and tap out.

NOTE: If you have 3-4 passengers, a taxi can be just as affordable. See below.

Canada LineFare

  • Adult From the airport CA$10.90/To the airport CA$5.90
  • Senior (65+) From the airport CA$9.05/To the airport CA$4.05
  • Children & youth (5-18) From the airport CA$9.05/To the airport CA$4.05
  • Children under 5 FREE

Taxi - Taxis from the airport have a set fee. For example a taxi from the airport to the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre is currently $32. They charge per car, not per person. Recommended gratuity is 10-20%.  Details

Uber/Lyft - Be sure to download these apps before your trip.

Larger vehicles - If you have 5+ passengers, it may be less expensive to hire a sedan or limousine rather than two taxis. Details

Rental Cars - Parking in Downtown Vancouver is expensive, public transit is excellent, and our city is very walkable. We do not recommend renting a car unless you plan to take a trip outside the city while you are here. In that case expedia has good value. Overnight parking is CA$20/day for registered delegates.

Within Greater Vancouver
